https://www.facebook.com/events/1122280851232108/
Saturday 10-4
The Kayak Center of RI in NK
This trip is an excursion into hidden jungle-like retreats that cannot be reached in any other way. We’ll float into a vast state-owned management area on one river, paddle through shallow ponds, and follow a river that snakes its way through dense vine-draped vegetation. The Great Swamp is home to many habitats, migratory birds and a host of small mammals. There will be no doubt in your mind why we call this the Great Swamp Adventure. Pack your lunch and a camera!

Summer of Love Concert – Stadium Theater, Saturday, May 13 at 8pm!
http://www.stadiumtheatre.com/events/summer-of-love-concert/133
Featuring Glen Burtnik, alumnus of Styx and the original Beatlemania, and the Summer of Love Experience.
“All You Need Is Love”! This groovy concert focuses on the iconic music from between the ‘67 release of The Beatles’ Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band and Woodstock in ‘69. Travel back in time to music by The Rolling Stones, Dylan, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Joplin and Hendrix to name a few.
This year, Glen Burtnik’s Summer of Love Concert will be Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Summer of Love – 1967, focusing on musical highlights of that year (as well as great songs from 1968 and 1969) which unofficially kicked off with the release of The Beatles Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band plus the release of many seminal rock albums.
Joined by 12 or more performers including a horn section, strings, keyboardists, percussionists, background vocalists and an incredible rock rhythm section, the Summer of Love Experience recreates “note for note and absolutely live” the songs, and the psychedelically flavored spirit, of the Woodstock Generation.

DRAGONS LOVE TACOS 2: THE SEQUEL
The hilarious sequel to the smokin’ hot New York Times best seller, perfect for story time. News alert! It has just been discovered that there are NO MORE TACOS left anywhere in the world. This is a huge problem because, as you know, dragons love tacos. If only there was a way for the dragons to travel back in time, to before tacos went extinct. Then they could grab lots of tacos and bring them back! It’s the perfect plan, as long as there’s no spicy salsa. You remember what happened last time . . . The award-winning creators of Robo-Sauce return with a gut-bustingly hilarious companion to the bestselling phenomenon Dragons Love Tacos.
