Smith’s Castle, North Kingstown
Smith’s Castle, a 1678 house museum, needs docents to conduct tours and greeters to
welcome visitors and accept payments. Commitment: two 4-hour shifts (12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.) per month, May through mid-October. Training begins Tuesday, March 26, from 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Contact: Maggie at smithscastle55@gmail.com.

Federal Hill House, Providence
FHH is recruiting for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. VITA offers free tax help to people with low to moderate incomes, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and people with limited English proficiency. Roles needed: greeters/screeners, interpreters, tax preparers.
