Thank you so much for doing a podcast about Clanlands & the future Men in Kilts! I’m so happy that we get to discuss Sam Heughan and not Jamie Fraser (don’t get me wrong, I love me some Jamie Fraser). What Sam has achieved over this past year during this pandemic has been truly amazing. Granted, Clanlands is never going to be considered a literary achievement, but what it did do was make us feel warmth towards two people that we care about. It’s like having two dear friends over and having them tell us about their vacation. The fact that Sam was able to produce this whole thing (with Graham and their team) during a pandemic is simply awesome. Sam is so much more than a fabulous actor who happens to be gorgeous, he’s a true genius of a business man. He is taking advantage of every opportunity his fame has afforded him and turned it into gold. My hope is that someday the industry will realize that he is more than just another pretty face with a killer body. He is a brilliant actor and also an astute businessman. Love your show.
