This Is Us Too: Career Days

This Is Us Too Hosts Mary & Blake discuss This Is Us Season 1 episode 6: Career Days.

In this episode we chat why this episode was a slight downturn from the shows initial episodes, what it’s like to not have grandparents, why Blake is small “c” concerned about the writing, Randall being a fully fleshed out character and also what we like to call “Human Spackle”, why this show allows us to turn off our critical thinking and much more!

I just listened to the So Long Marianne podcast. I have to make a correction as a Canadian. At 12:25 Blake you stated that “Leonard Cohen is one of the great AMERICAN musician that ever existed. “ Yes he is a great one but he is not an American he is a CANADIAN ! I do love all of our American cousins but you can not claim our national treasure as your own! Love the podcast by the way!

Yep – I’ve taken a beating on that one. So I’ll also take a big L and lick my wounds on the way out 🙂
